1. Introduction
Welcome to yopaGo ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

The App is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your email address as described in our Privacy Policy. All user information is stored exclusively on your Android device.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of yopa.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Yopa.ai does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yopa.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to use the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yopa.ai from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these T&Cs.
9. Changes to the T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
